I liked that it was close to the beach, and next to shopping centers so last minute stuff I needed for my trip was close by.
The atmosphere when u enter has a nice vibe and bar. The room is small but it was clean, smelled good, and the decor was nice. The desk clerk Ayme was very pleasant and helpful. The location is great.
Clean rooms and location to beach. Staff was helpful and nice even when I had an attitude. So that was a huge plus.. she deserves a raise
It has cockroaches and hair was on the bed the room wasn't very clean

There was no breakfast. I stayed there before had a bathroom window break and cut my foot. The management promised to offer a suite since they would not refund me which is insane. They eventually reneged of their offer and dis not accommodate all while being adamant about what they promised was truly disgusting.
Personal and environment were super polite , helpful and friendly to me . Especially Emmy was so nice and help me a lot . Thank you so much for amazing holidays and time
Great location
Hotel location is superb- one block away from Ocean Drive. Took less than 5 mins to be on the beach. Hotel exterior is lovely and the hotel is clean and tidy. The room booked had 2 double beds and space was tight but expected. The bathroom was a good size as was the wardrobe. Good mini fridge with reasonable drinks prices, but 7/11 and other convenience stores / markets were less than a few minutes walk away. Staff were incredibly helpful and overall had a great stay.
